| The resurrected 10 mile handicap walk was held for the first time since 1999 starting from South Bank WMC over 5 testing laps and passing the famous York landmarks of the old Terry's Chocolate factory and racecourse. The presentation was preceded by several games of bingo in the South Bank Club - something to seriously consider perhaps for the next Peel to Douglas!!. Actual race times as follows;
